Pratigya 26th June 2012 Written Update

Court : Continues with yest scene… Tam agitated, tells the Judge that the key chain is not the one which killed Adr, bec he had already burnt it… all shocked… P and Kaushal looking triumphant… Kaushal tells Judge that Tam has just confessed to his crime.. asks Tam why did he burn the key chain.. no answer from Tam who is standing with his head bowed.. Kaushal himself answers and tells the court that T did it to destroy the evidence of Adr murder… Args too pipes up and tells the court that Tam had replaced the keychain the very next day after the murder..

Lawyer Kaushal apologises to the Judge for doing nautanki before the court, reg. keychain … ASY protests and says that Kaushal had broken the rules.. Kaushal interrupts him and tells Judge that he had only done it to bring out the truth, since Tam had very cleverly falsified all the evidence..

Judge gives verdict that Tam is sentenced to Life Imprisonment (he should have been hanged ) while K is set free with full honour .. Docwa is sentenced for 3 years for giving fake blood report..

All Thakurs smiling, go up to K… P smiling broadly and crying at the same time.. both smiling at each other… K notices lawyer Kaushal and thanks him for setting him free… Kaushal passes on the praise to Prats and says she played a big part in it.. tells them that P will be a gr8 lawyer one day…

Meanwhile, Prof is still collapsed on the courtroom chair, looking shell-shocked… K goes up to him and consoles him .. says that he is sorry for Adr murder… tells Prof I understand how you feel… Profs bursts into tears and K consoles him… Next, K goes up to Kml, who is also standing rooted to the spot and crying… K tells Kml that I tried to tell you, but u wouldn’t listen.. tells Kml that I would never harm you, I would never kill Adr… Kml too breaks down crying tells K to forgive her… K hugs and consoles her, tells her to stop crying… Prats too goes up to Prof and they hug each other crying.. all others looking on with tears in their eyes… All except ASY that is… he is standing in court room door, looking at the scene inside.. thinks that K better enjoy what little joy he has now.. since soon he, ASY, will make his life miserable… he will make SS & family suffer..

TN : GD welcoming K with traditional aarti… K happy, comes inside and looks around, asks where’s SS.. P says SS is sick & in bed.. K annoyed, says why didn’t anyone inform me.. P tells him that they did not want to worry him… also informs him that SS has been told that K is out of town, as docwa said not to give SS any tension…

K goes up to SS… SS lying on bed, looking ill… K goes up and holds his hand, calls out to him..SS asks who is it .. K informs that it is Krishna Baba.. SS opens his eyes and is overjoyed.. both holding each other… K tells SS that he was out of town.. SS retorts back saying that he knows that K was in jail for Adr murder.. he then breaks down and tells K my young daughter is a widow and she blames me for the mishap.. spat in my face.. K looks sorrowful…SS tells K that bec of all the bad news he had collapsed and fallen ill..

SS tells K that he is sorry that he was unable to help K with his court case..
K tells SS that SS was always with him.. says SS’s blood is flowing in his veins, giving him strength..tells SS that he is phitphat .. continues and tells SS that he wants his old father back.. Sajjan Singh, Babbar Sher… SSsays now that K is back, he too will recover rapidly.. both hug each other, smiling..
